摘要
采用超滤法对喷漆工段除油废水进行了两段处理.第一段可把含油量几千ppm的废水处理至几十ppm,第二段可处理至10ppm以下。两段透过液都可作清洗水回用,从而实现闭路循环.
Ultrafiltration is used to treat oil in waste water produced before spraying paints by two steps. The oil content is decreased from thousands ppm to tens ppm by the first step, then to ten ppm by the Second step. The permeate in the two steps can be used as cleaner and closed circulation can be accomplished.
