摘要
目的探讨综合呼吸功能训练对老年肺肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的发生率、胸管留置时间、术后住院天数的影响,确定老年肺肿瘤患者术前及术后呼吸功能训练方法。方法便利抽取胸外科老年肺肿瘤患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其随机分为实验组与对照组,每组30例。所有患者均接受责任护士给予的常规护理,实险组的患者增加一对一的综合呼吸功能训练干预措施。结果两组研究对象术后并发症的发生率、胸管留置时间及术后住院天数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论(1)综合呼吸功能训练可以有效降低老年肺肿瘤患者术后肺部并发症的发生率、缩短胸管留置时间与术后住院天数。(2)由有效咳嗽、腹式呼吸、缩唇呼吸和节段呼吸训练组成的综合呼吸功能训练适合老年肺肿瘤患者的掌握与应用,能有效提高老年肺肿瘤患者术后的康复效果。
Objective To explore the effects of patients with lung cancer on the incidence rate integrated respiratory function training for elderly of postoperative pulmonary complications, duration of chest tubes＇ retention and hospitalization stay length. Methods Sixty elderly paitents with lung cancer admittted in thoracic surgery department were recruited in this study by convenience sampling and divided into experimental group and control group evenly with table of random digit. Routine nursing was provided to all patients by primary nurses and one-to-one integrated respira- tory training was given in experimental group. Results There was significant difference in incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary complications（ P 〈0.01）, duration of chest tubes＇ retention （ P 〈0.01）and hospitalization stay length（ P 〈0.05）between two groups. Conclusion Integrated respiratory function training could reduce the incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary complications and shorten the duration of chest tubes＇ retention and hospitalization stay length of elderly patients with lung cancer. Integrated respiratory function training comprised of effective coughing,abdominal breathing,pursed-lip breathing and staged breathing exercises is suitalbe for mastery and use by elderly patients with lung cancer,and can effectively improve the rehablitation outcome.
