摘要
从改革背景与历程出发,分析了生命科学基础实验课程在结构方面存在的问题,提出了实验课程结构改革的构思:在新构建的实验课程体系中,建立以基础技能素质训练、生化基础素质训练、工程综合素质训练3个实验教学平台。对应3个实验教学平台分别设置了7门独立实验课,即:形态解剖实验、细胞遗传实验、生化技术实验、微生物及组织培养实验、基因操作技术。构建以培养学生创新思维、实践素质和创新能力为实验教学目标,以独立设课为特征的综合型、设计型实验教学新模式。
This article analyzed the problems in the curriculum structure about life science basic experiment from the aspects of reforming background and processes, and proposed the idea of the structure reform of experimental curriculum : to establish three experimental teaching platforms such as basic skill quality training, biochemistry basis quality training and engineering comprehensive quality training in the new experimental curriculum system, and to set up the corresponding seven independent experimental subject as anatomy experiments, experimental cell genetic, biochemical technology experiments, microbiological and tissue culture experiments, gene technology. The new experimental teaching mode is to construct a comprehensive and designing experimental teaching with characteristic of independent curriculum setup and the teaching goal of cultivating students' innovative thinking, practice quality and innovative ability.
