摘要
建立了蚊香烟雾中苯并(a)芘(BaP)的测定方法,并设计了蚊香烟雾的采样装置及采样方法.本方法采用咖啡因的甲酸溶液为萃取剂,具有准确、灵敏、快速的优点.最小检出限量为0.1ppb,变异系数为8.5%.应用本方法测定了不同类别蚊香中BaP的含量,获得满意结果.
