摘要
用四苯基卟啉钴负载在无定形的TiO_2载体上作为催化剂(Co-TPP/TiO_2),经真空加热活化后对CO还原NO的反应具有较高的催化活性,在80—150℃范围内反应的平均速率为0.52—2.8mmol/(g-cat·h)(10min内).确定了催化剂的最佳活化温度和再生条件。实验结果表明,在NO开始还原时就有分子氮形成。讨论了负载后Co-TPP活性增强的主要因素。
The catalytic reduction of nitric oxide by carbon monoxide over cobalt tetiaphenylporphyrin supported on titania(Co-TPP/TiO2)has been investigated.Metal porphyrin molecules square planer complexes can offer their axial sites to coordinates with NO and CO and enhance their reaction activities.Co-TPP supported on TiO2 pretreated by evacuation at 270℃ exhibited a remaak-able activity for the reduction of NO by CO around 100℃.Such a significant enhancement of catalytic activity may be explained in terms of electron transfer from the support to the complex and increase of the effective surface area of Co-TPP.Co-TPP was impregnated onto TiO2 using a benzene solution to give a concentration of 5%(W/W).The catalytic reaction was carried out in a 1.2L circulating reactor.
