摘要
目的对集成电路芯片行业职业病危害特征和卫生防护效果进行调查,为防控职业病危害提供依据。方法通过卫生学调查、职业病危害因素监测和职业健康检查等方法确定其危险性,并评价其防护效果。结果该行业存在氨、氢氟酸、磷化氢等严重的职业病危害因素,工作场所各类职业病危害因素基本符合国家职业卫生标准,接触人员职业健康检查未发现职业病或疑似职业病。结论该行业属于职业病危害严重的企业,现行的职业病危害防护设施基本达到防护效果,需定期进行危险性评价和实行危险度的管理。
[ Objective] To investigate the features of occupational hazards in the integrate chip industry and the effect of hygienic protection and provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational hazards. [ Methods] The fatalness of the occupational hazards was assessed with the methods of hygienic investigation, on-site occupational hazard monitoring and occupational health surveillance; the effect of protection was evaluated. [ Results] The serious occupational hazards including ammonia, hydrofluoric acid and phosphine were found in this industry; the occupational hazards in the workplace meet the national occupational health stand- ards; no occupational case or suspected case was found. [ Conclusion] This industry belongs to serious occupational hazard enterprise ; the protection facilities basically meet the requirement ; regular fatalness assessment and hazard management should be carried out.
