摘要
研究利用免疫组化方法,观察乳腺癌及良性病变是否有Bcl-2表达;Bcl-2表达及丧失与激素受体的相关性;Bcl-2表达与肿瘤分级的关系等。结果发现Bcl-2表达与ER、PR、肿瘤组织分级显著相关,Bcl-2表达阳性的乳腺癌多伴有ER+(75%)、PR+(70%),而Bcl-2阴性者ER、PR表达也少。因此乳腺癌中Bcl-2阴性表达与预后较差的分子标志呈正相关,即ER、PR阴性率高,组织分级高。我们的发现支持了乳腺癌Bcl-2表达受激素调节的假说。
The expression of Bcl-2 protein in 50 cases with breast carcinomas and 46 cases with benign breast lesions was studied by immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibody Bcl-2. It was found that Bcl-2 is closely correlated with estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and with histological grade of cancer, and there were strong positive correlations. 75% of Bcl-2 positive tumors were positive for ER. and 70% of that were positive for PR. The rates of expression of ER and PR were lower in Bcl-2 negative tumors than Bcl-2+ tumors.Thus, loss of Bcl-2 expression in breast cancer is associated with a series of molecular markers of poor prognosis,e. g. ER-, PR-, poor histological grade, etc. Our findings support the hypothesis that Bcl-2 expression may be regulated by hormones in the breast carcinoma.
