摘要
研究了铬(VI)与苯基荧光酮,在HCl-H3PO4介质中的氧化显色反应。结果表明:黄色的羊基荧光酮被氧化为核红色的产物,此产物的最大吸收波长为492mm,借此建立了苯基荧光酮氧化显色测定钻(VI)的新方法。铬(VI)含量在0~50μg/50ml范围内服从比耳定律。ε=2.13×104L·mol-1·cm-1。回归方程A=0.00794C+0.0009844.相关系数r=0.9990。本法用于废水中铬(VI)的测定,结果令人满意。
Determination of chromium (VI) in waste water by the new method of phenyfluorone colour oxidation in HCl - H3PO4 medium was studied which based on yellow phenylfluorone oxidized by chromium (VI) and changed into a red product with the maximal absorbance at 492nm.Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~50μg chromium(VI) per 50ml with the molar absorptivity ε = 2. 13 × 104L·mol-1·cm-1, and its regressiom equation is A = 0. 00794C +0. 0009844 with the regression coefficient r= 0. 9990. The satisfactory results have been achieved in applying the method to determination of chromium(VI) in waste water.
