摘要
辅导员首要任务是坚持学习,用党的最先进理论武装自己,扎实做好学生思想工作;其次是加强学生心理健康、纪律观念教育,号召学生遵规守纪,刻苦学习,练好本领;最后是公平、公正、公开地做好学生各种评定工作,切实做好新生入学教育和毕业生就业工作。
The instructor＇s duty is firstly to keep studying CCP＇s latest theories and basically improve the political thought of students; secondly, to further help students gain psychological health and sense of disicipline, and encourage them to abey rules and work hard; thirdly, to grade students in a fair and open manner, and strengthen the instruction of freshmmen and seniors.
