摘要
扫描测量功能是三坐标测量机一项重要功能,扫描测量方法效率高可以反映出零件表面自由形状的细部特征。因此,就该功能开发适合发动机复杂型面零件测量的数控测量方案,解决复杂空间自由曲面(线)精密测量问题进行了论述。介绍了如何识别不同的扫描数据格式,对扫描数据根据生产实践需要进行旋转、镜像及平移等处理,并将其转换为CAD曲线或曲面,以便进一步进行数据分析或建立三维模型进行加工。
Scanning and measuring are important functions of 3D coordinate measuring machine. The machine can give detailed features of parts with free-form surfaces. Therefore NC measurement scheme was developed based on this function for parts with complex profiles measuring of rocket engine. This paper introduces the methods for identification of different scanning data formats, rotation, mirroring and moving processing of the scanning data and CAD curve or curved surface transforming according to practical production requirements for further data analysis or 3D modelbuilding.
