摘要
中小型科技企业的规模不同,其技术创新能力也不同.运用模糊综合评判方法,基于山东大学样本企业调查数据,来评价山东大学不同规模的中小型科技企业的技术创新能力.研究表明,中型科技企业技术创新能力高于小型科技企业,中型与小型科技企业的优劣势因素不同,并据此提出增强不同规模的中小型科技企业技术创新能力的建议.
The different, its technolo judgment method ,based small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise＇s scale is eal innovation ability is also different. Utilizes the fuzzy synthesis on the Jinan sample enterprise data ,appraises the Jinan different scales of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprisesrtechnological innovation ability. The research indicates that medium-sized science and technology enterprises＇technological innovation ability are higher than the small science and technology enterprises＇ ,and small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises＇superior inferiority factor are different,and puts forward the enhancement proposals of technological innovation ability to different scales of small and medium- sized science and technology enterprises according to the above.
