摘要
介绍了设计发动机冷却系统在整车开发中的重要性,文章应用Kuli软件对某轿车的发动机冷却系统进行了仿真和设计,包括建立发动机冷却系统中格栅、中冷器、散热器、机械风扇和电动风扇等部件的仿真模型,以及设置部件的性能参数和仿真计算,最后对仿真结果进行了分析,表明Kuli软件主要使用试验数据进行分析,使开发费用和周期都大大降低。
This paper firstly introduces the importance of designing the engine cooling system in the development or vehicle. Then uses Kuli software to simulate and calculate the engine cooling system in a car, including building the components model of grill, charge air cooler, radiator, mechanically driven fan and electrically driven fan in engine cooling system, setting value of performance parameter of these components, and making a simulation and computation. Finally, all the simulation results are analyzed, and it is indicated that Kuli software uses test results to analyze the cooling system, greatly reducing development cost and shortening the development period.
