运动训练对大鼠肾上腺一氧化氮合酶和细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

Effects of exercises training on nitric oxide synthase and cell apoptosis of the rats adrenal gland

摘要 探讨不同强度运动对大鼠肾上腺一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)和细胞凋亡的影响.采用跑台运动方式,建立大鼠有氧运动和疲劳运动模型,运用免疫组织化学streptactividin-biotin complex(SABC)法研究不同强度运动对大鼠肾上腺组织内皮型一氧化氮合酶(Endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(Inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)和神经型一氧化氮合酶(Neuronal nitric oxide synthase,nNOS)及细胞凋亡蛋白(Bcl-2/Bax)表达的影响.结果表明,有氧运动组与对照组比较,肾上腺组织eNOS、nNOS、Bcl-2(B celllymphoma/leukemia-2)和Bax(Bcl-2 assaciated X protein)表达差异显著(P<0.05),iNOS虽略有升高,差异不显著;疲劳运动组与对照组和有氧运动组比较,大鼠肾上腺组织NOS及Bcl-2、Bax表达差异显著(P<0.05).表明运动可引起大鼠肾上腺NOS及Bcl-2、Bax表达的变化,且与运动强度关系密切;有氧运动可使肾上腺NOS适度增加且抑制细胞凋亡的发生;疲劳运动导致大鼠肾上腺组织NOS均过度表达,细胞发生凋亡现象. The effect of different exercise intensity on expression of NOS and Bcl-2/Bax in the rat adrenal gland are discussed. Useing treadmill exercise the models of aerobic exercise and fatigue exercise rats is established and utilizing immunohistochemistry of SABC the different exercise intensity of rats adrenal gland eNOS, iNOS, nNOS and Bcl-2/Bax expression are measured. Comparing the aerobic training group with the control group, adrenal gland nNOS, eNOS and Bcl-2/Bax expression were significant (P〈0.05), nNOS increased slightly but have no difference in two groups. Comparing the aerobic training group with the control group, adrenal gland NOS and Bcl-2/Bax expression were significant (P 〈 0. 05). The results showed the Expression changes of rats adrenal gland rats NOS,Bcl-2/Bax was caused by exercise training and had close relation with the exercise intensity. Eerobic exercise could cause moderate expression of adrenal gland NOS and inhibit cell apoptosis. Fatigue training could cause the of rats adrenal gland NOS and the phenomenof of cell apoptosis occurs.
