肠道神经干细胞植入与先天性巨结肠治疗 被引量:2

摘要 随着先天性巨结肠治疗手段的不断发展,近年肠道神经干细胞研究成为其治疗研究的热点。本文就肠道神经干细胞的来源、肠内迁移路线、发育分化的影响因素、分离培养方法以及可能的应用前景做相关综述。
