摘要
通过铜铅锌混合精矿的焙烧试验,探索低熔点精矿在高于熔点温度进行沸腾焙烧的可能性。试验表明,对于含铅近10%的铜铅锌混合精矿的固定床沸腾焙烧,首次在高于精矿熔点近100℃的温度下焙烧,这是低熔点物料焙烧的一个突破,并为焙烧-浸出-浸渣熔炼的工艺流程综合回收铜、锌、铅、银提供了试验依据。
Based on the roasting test of CuPbZn bulk concentrate,the possibility of fluidbed roasting of lowmeltpoint concentrate under the temperature higher than melt point is investigated.The test results show that,it is the first time to use the fixed fluidbed roasting at nearly 100℃ higher than the melt point of CuPbZn bulk concentrate containing about 10% Pb.This is a breakthrough in roasting of lowmeltpoint materials.Then the test criteria are given for the process flowsheet of comprehensive recovery of Cu,Pb,Zn,Ag with roastingleachingsmelting of residue.
