摘要
2007年11月,江西某带钢公司发生一起因放射源交接把关不严导致的放射源失控事件。本文简要介绍了失控事件的经过,分析了事件调查处理过程中存在的问题,针对发生的原因及存在的问题,提出了改善辐射监管和辐射工作单位安全管理的建议。
An accident of radioactive source out of control due to less stringent management in transferring radioactive sources took place in November 2007. This paper describes the course of the accident, analyzes the problems encountered in tackling this accident and makes the suggestions on improving radiation regulation and reinforcing safety management of operating organizations based on the causes and the existing problems.
