摘要
提出以氢氧化钾亚熔盐法制备K4Ti3O8、KTiO2(OH)及K2Ti2O5·0.5H2O的新方法,得到在常压下,氢氧化钾的质量分数为55%~80%,反应温度为100~280℃时二氧化钛在氢氧化钾亚熔盐体系中的反应相图。以热重(TG)及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)为表征手段,考察3种钛酸钾的高温相转化情况,得出制备单结晶相二钛酸钾(K2Ti2O5)的适宜煅烧温度。
In this paper, three kinds of potassium titanates, namely KaTi3O8, K2Ti2O5-0.5H2O and KTiOa(OH) were synthesized through a new method of KOH sub-molten salts. Based on the experimental results, a formation diagram was constructed for the products synthesized in the TiO2-KOH-H2O system under atmospheric pressure with KOH mass fraction ranging from 55% to 80% and temperature ranging from 100℃ to 280℃. Furthermore, the phase transformation of the three kinds of potassium titanates at a high temperature was also studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the results showed that single phase K2Ti2O5 could be obtained by thermal treatment of the synthesized potassium titanates at an appropriate temperature.
