沙棘油微胶囊化研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究建立了水包油(O/W)型沙棘油乳状液的乳化体系,即柠檬酸单甘酯、蔗糖酯170、1570体系,它们的配比是2∶3∶3,用量是2.2%-2.6%;沙棘油微胶囊化包埋率达98%以上;沙棘油微胶囊化适宜的乳化温度是65℃-75℃,适宜的均质压力30-40 MPa。
