摘要
利用三相萃取法制备棉籽脱酚蛋白,测定其中游离棉酚、蛋白质与纤维含量,以确定棉籽脱酚蛋白质量。并对主要影响因素——游离棉酚含量进行了安全监控:用紫外分光光度法测定其中游离棉酚的含量,用苯胺显色来检测游离棉酚的含量。结果表明,该方法具有简便、重现性好等优点,可作为棉籽脱酚蛋白的安全监控方法。
Cottonseed de-gossypel protein is prepared by three-phase extraction. The content of dissociated gossypol, protein and fiber are determined to get the content of Cottonseed de-gossypol protein. The content of dissociated gossypol which is the major factor is inspected and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and anilin colour reaction. Result shows the method is simple and has good reproducibility.
