摘要
全面分析了配电线路自适应电流速断保护的基本原理,以及故障启动、等效系统阻抗和等效电源电势在线计算、故障类型自适应以及工频稳态分量准确提取等关键技术问题。在此基础上,提出了一种实用的自适应电流速断保护方案,并且将整个故障处理过程划分为参量计算、在线整定和测量比较三个环节,为推进自适应电流保护的商业化发展奠定了基础。
The basic principle of adaptive current instantaneous protection (ACIP) for distribution lines is analyzed compre- hensively, together with some key technical issues including fault start - up, on - line calcaulation of equivalent system imped- ance and electric source potential, self - adapting to fault types and accurate extraction of steady state components at power fre- quency, etc. Based on this, a practical scheme for adaptive current instantaneous protection is presented, in which the whole fault processing'procedure is divided into three subprocedures, i.e. parameter calcaulation, on -line setting, and measured value comparison. The summarized key issues and presented practical scheme may be helpful for the commercialization devel- opment of adaptive current protection (ACP) techniques.
