白血病骨髓移植手术后并发巨细胞病毒视网膜炎一例

摘要 巨细胞病毒（CMV）视网膜炎常被认为是获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）患者中的常见眼部并发症，但随着器官移植、骨髓移植手术的开展，大剂量免疫抑制药物的应用，CMV感染引起的眼部并发症在这些免疫抑制患者中也越来越多见，对此国内还鲜有报道。现将我们收治的1例白血病骨髓移植手术后并发CMV视网膜炎的患者报道如下。
