全身抗病毒治疗联合玻璃体腔注射更昔洛韦治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 急性视网膜坏死综合征（ARN）是一种由疱疹组病毒引起，以视网膜血管炎、视网膜坏死、玻璃体和眼前节炎症及后期出现视网膜脱离为特征的严重致盲眼病。20世纪80年代以来。全身抗病毒药物联合更昔洛韦玻璃体腔注射治疗疱疹病毒感染导致的巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎、进行性外层视网膜坏死取得了良好的疗效，并且玻璃体腔注射更昔洛韦的安全性也被证实。
