摘要
通过实验研究了菲律宾蛤仔幼虫的生长速度和水温的关系.结果表明:幼虫除9℃水温外,其它所有实验水温都能正常发育,生长速度与水温呈直线关系,其回归式为RG=0.377t-2.96;幼虫生长的生物学零度经计算为7.9℃.
Cultures of the larvae of Ruditapes Philippinarum were maintained with microalga under 8 constant temperature conditions.Larvae developed normally at all temperatures except 9℃.Growth rate in shell length was linearly related to the temperature and expressed as a equation of R G =0.377×t-2.96 . Biological zero of larval growth in Manila clam was calculated as 7.9℃.
