内镜黏膜切除及黏膜下剥离术的并发症处理及预防 被引量：25

摘要 内镜下黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection，EMR）及内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal disection，ESD）是治疗消化道早期癌及其癌前病变的有效手段，相对外科手术，EMR和ESD具有方法简便、创伤性小、并发症少、经济且疗效与外科手术相当的特点，有较好的发展前景。本文主要阐述EMR及ESD常见并发症及其预防、处理措施。
