癌前病变与早癌内镜下切除术的演变与发展 被引量：7

摘要 发现与切除消化道早癌与癌前病变，一直是内镜医师关注的焦点，内镜下黏膜切除术（endoscopic mucosal resection，EMR）最早是由1973年Dyhle等。“首先报道的黏膜下注射生理盐水切除结肠无蒂息肉的方法发展而来，1984年多田正弘等旧’首次将该技术用于诊治早期胃癌，并将之命名为“剥脱活检术（stripbiopsy）”，又称“内镜黏膜切除术”。
