摘要
利用化学镀方法制备Pt/nGaAs肖特基势垒内场致发射电极,并研究了氢在碱溶液中时这种电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,这种电极由于内场电子参加了电极反应,该电极能在水的理论分解电压为1.23V以下时分解水。
The Pt/n GaAs infield emission electrode was fabricated by the electroless deposition of Pt on the surface of cleaned n GaAs,the electrochemical behavior was investigated.Results showed that the infield electrode take part in the electrode reaction.The electrode can decompose water below the 1.23V and the electric current is higher than the Pt electrode.
