巨大盆腔复发性胃肠间质瘤术中大出血的处理 被引量：1

摘要 腹膜后肿瘤由于解剖部位特殊和肿瘤的血供特点．术中大出血较为常见。我院于2007年9月在手术切除一巨大盆腔复发性胃肠间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor．GIST）时，出现了术中大出血，现将处理体会总结如下。
