摘要
2008年马英九当选台湾地方领导人,两岸全面"三通"曙光再现,闽台两地港口应抓住这个历史性的机遇,共建"环台湾海峡港口群",合力打造"环台湾海峡国际航运中心"。运用SWOT分析方法,提出两地当务之急是要建立港口战略合作沟通机制,深度整合双方港口资源,研究突破双方开展港口合作的制度障碍,加大两地临港工业和港口物流建设的力度,不断加强双方的港口货物集疏运系统建设,增加对腹地货源的吸引力。
Since Ma Ying Jiu was elected as the Taiwan＇s local leader in 2008. people of both sides have seen the possibility of ＂post, business, sail and fly＂ between Taiwan and the mainland. Fujian and Taiwan should catch hold of this historical opportunity to build up ＂the port-cluster of circle Taiwan Strait ＂and＂ the ship-international-center of circle Taiwan Strait＂ . This article will use the analyzing measure of SWOT to point out the strength, weakness, opportunity and the threat. Nowadays, both sides should establish a communication mechanism about the cooperation of ports and integration of the resource of their ports deeply, find out the measures for breaking through the obstacle of system about the eooperation of ports, enhanee the construction of harbor industry and port logistics, and strengthen continuously the construction of the eollecting and dispatching system of port so as to increase the attraction to the goods of the hinterland.
