摘要
为了研究大空间建筑火灾中,火焰辐射对钢构件升温的影响,得到考虑火焰辐射时钢构件升温的简化计算方法,应用热平衡方程,就火焰辐射对钢构件升温的影响,通过变化各个参数,进行了6000多个不同算例的计算。在对算例结果进行参数分析的基础上,将钢构件的升温看作受烟气层影响和火焰辐射影响两部分,忽略次要因素,合并归纳主要参数,拟合出简化计算公式,提出了大空间建筑火灾中火焰辐射对钢构件升温影响的简化计算方法,并给出了可不考虑火焰辐射影响的建筑高度临界值。通过算例计算,与原迭代计算方法相比,该简化方法计算简便快速,且精度也较高,能满足设计要求。
To study the influence of flame radiation on temperature rising of steel members in large space building fire and to find the simplified estimation, this paper calculates over 6000 sets of parameters using the heat equilibrium equation. The result analysis divides the factors that affect temperature rise in steel structural elements into two parts, i.e. smoke layer and flame radiation. Ignoring the minor factors, the simplified approach of calculating the influence of flame radiation on steel members takes major parameters into consideration. The critical height of large buildings where flame radiation influence on steel members can be ignored is also figured out. By comparing different sets of parameters, the simplified approach is proved to be more easy and accurate in use for design.
