发展东北地区绿色经济的理论及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 东北地区作为我国资源比较丰富的地区之一,在过去资源依赖型经济增长模式指导下,生态环境日趋恶化,部分资源面临枯竭。随着可持续发展理念逐渐深入人心,人们认识到以前的发展模式必须改变。本文从可持续发展理念的角度出发,探讨了绿色经济的产生、兴起与内涵,并就东北地区发展绿色经济提出了几点对策。 The Northeast area was regarded as one of the rich-resources areas in our country. Under the instruction of resourcesdependent economic growth pattern in the past, the ecological environment worsened day by day and partial resources faced with depletion. With the sustainable development idea striking root in the hearts of the people gradually, people realized that the beforehand development model must be changed. Based on the sustainable development idea, this article discussed the green economy' s production, emerge and it's Connotation, and proposed several countermeasures on the green economy' s development in Northeast area.
