摘要
本文以香紫苏幼叶为外植体探讨愈伤组织培养实验条件,研究不同浓度的激素组合对香紫苏叶片愈伤组织诱导的影响,以期选取最适的诱导浓度,为香紫苏醇高产细胞系的建立和快速繁殖提供理论依据。
In this paper, Using Salvia Sclarea leaves for explant callus culture experiments, to explore the conditions of different concentrations of the hormone combination of basil leaves callus induction, with a view to select the optimal concentration induced for Selareol.The establishment of high-yielding cell lines and provide a theoretical basis for rapid propagation.
