在实验课教学过程中培养研究生的指导能力

摘要 针对研究生的培养目标,本文阐述了在本科生的实验课教学过程中对研究生的指导能力进行培训的尝试。将留学归国的主讲教员的受训成果引入到研究生培养中,引导研究生通过教材熟悉教学内容,了解授课对象,与学生进行沟通讨论以顺利完成实验。该举措既提高了本科生的实验技能,又促进了研究生的健康成长。 In view of graduate training objectives, this paper discusses our practice of training graduate students' mentoring ability in experiment teaching. We introduced the training results of our researchers who returned from overseas in graduate students train- ing, guided them in getting familiar with teaching content, understanding the undergraduate teaching subjects and completing experiments by communicating and discussing with the undergraduates. This measure has both improved the undergraduates' experiment skills and promoted the graduates' healthy growth.
