摘要
目的探讨中国膳食暴露评估模型桥梁数据库的构建方法。方法基于膳食调查数据与污染物监测数据基本结构中食物的匹配关系,SAS编程实现桥梁数据库构建。结果按照膳食五位码与国际食品法典委员会食物编码的匹配关系建立含有加工方法、加工因子、变异因子等信息的桥梁数据库。结论桥梁数据库包含了连接膳食调查数据和污染物监测数据的主要信息,是构建膳食暴露评估模型的重要基础。
Objective To explore the construction of bridge table of Chinese dietary exposure estimation model. Methods Bridge table can be structured by SAS procedure based on the matching relationship of foodcode in the structural of dietary survey data and the CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission)code in the structure of pollutant monitoring data. Results According to the relationship of foodcode and CAC code, bridge table comprising the information of processing methods, processing factor and variability factor could be established. Conclusion Actually, bridge table links the primary information which connect the dietary survey data with pollutant monitoring data. It could be an important foundation of constructing dietary exposure estimation model.
