摘要
教师队伍建设关系到高校的教育质量。美国和德国作为西方高等教育强国,在这方面有独到之处。试从美德两国高校教师的聘任制、考核制、薪金制三个方面着手进行比较研究,希能找到对我国高校教师管理的有益启示。
The construction of teacher group coneems the quality of higher education. America and Germany are powerful countries in the west who have unique characteristics in higher education field. This paper tries to compare USA with Germany from the appointment system, the assessment system and the payroll system of college teachers in order to find enlightenment for the management of our college teachers.
