摘要
参考文献的规范著录是学术规范的基本要求。在参考文献著录失范的现象中,参考文献不实著录是导致学术失范和学术道德滑坡的最为严重的问题。文章对几种有代表性的参考文献不实著录现象进行了梳理和分析,同时指出,参考文献不实著录不仅是学术规范问题,更是学术道德问题,编辑有义务为纯净学术空气作出自己的努力。
Standardized description is a basic requirement for academic norm. Unfaithful description of references is the most serious problem which results in academic misconduct and academic morality coast. This paper analyzes several representative kinds of unfaithful description of references, and points out that unfaithful description of references is not only concerned with academic norm but also con- cerned with academic morality, and editors should avoid it.
