摘要
以辽宁省11所体育运动学校的拳击教练员为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对辽宁省拳击教练员的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:辽宁省拳击教练员趋于年轻化,从整体上看具有丰富的拳击运动实践经验;由于部分教练员执教年限较短、文化素质和专业理论水平相对较低,在制定训练计划方面不够重视;他们对参加教练员培训班的愿望很迫切。
The thesis targets at the boxing coaches from 11 sport schools in Liaoning province, makes an investigation and analysis on the current situation of boxing coaches in Liaoning province by means of documentary review, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. The conclusions are as follows：the boxing coaches in our province, as a whole, tend to be young in average age, and though they are well experienced in training, they have a low culture quality and theoretical basis. Some coaches don＇ t take the training plans seriously. They are eager to attend in coaches training class.
