摘要 针对Y370轧机Φ48 mm钼棒轧制开坯工艺存在的轧件冲赛导卫、堆料、卡料、断辊、大尾翼、安全销断裂等主要问题,不断拟定改进措施,通过加长机架进口导卫套和进口滑块、优化关键架次的孔型、辊缝和导卫间隙,实施定量轧制管理,保证了轧制工艺的稳定,提高了轧制钼杆的表面质量及成品率。 For problems existing in the Y370 rolling and cogging process of φ48 mm molybdenum rods, improvement measures were put forward. By lengthening guide sets and slides of rack imports ,optimizing pass of key pack, roll gap and guide clearance and implanting quantitative roll, the problems were solved, such as rolling pieces being accumulated and stuck and cyprioting guides, fracture roll, big tail and safety pin fracture and so on. Furthermore, roll process stability was ensured, surface quantity and finished product rate of rolling molybdenum bar were improved.
