摘要
本文提出了一种新的圆度误差评定方法—网格搜索算法,详细论述了该算法求解圆度误差的原理和步骤。该算法不采用最优化及线性化方法,其原理是在最小二乘圆心周围按一定规则布置一系列的网格点,依次以各网格点为理想圆心计算所有测点的半径值,按照圆度误差的定义即可获得相应评定方法(最小区域圆法、最小外接圆法和最大内接圆法)的圆度误差值。试验及仿真结果表明,网格搜索算法可以有效、正确地评定圆度误差。
A new roundness error evaluation method is presented in this paper, which is named as mesh search algorithm. The principle of the method and the steps of using the algorithm to solve the roundness error are described in detail. The proposed method does not use optimization method and linearization method. The principle of the algorithm is that a series of mesh points are collocated around the periphery of the least square circle according to certain rules, the radius values of all the measured points are calculated using each mesh point as the ideal center, and the roundness error values of corresponding evaluation methods (minimum circumscribed method, maximum inscribed method, minimum zone method) are obtained according to the definition of roundness error. Experiment and simulation results reveal that the roundness error can be evaluated effectually and accurately using this algorithm.
