摘要
探讨了在 N_2保护和无 N_2保护下不同抗氧剂体系对聚丙烯(PP)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)性能的影响。结果表明,造粒加工过程中,在 N_2保护下加入抗氧剂,PP 的熔体流动速率变化率最高可下降46.1%,氧化诱导期最大可延长3.3 min;HDPE 的氧化诱导期最大可延长19.3 min,提高了合成树脂的加工稳定性和抗氧化效果。
This paper probed into the impacts of the diverse antioxidants on properties of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE) with or without nitrogen atmosphere protection. The analytical data indicated that when the antioxidant was added under nitrogen atmosphere during the course of pelletization, the melt flow rate (MFR) of PP could reduce by 46.1% as the highest; the induction period of oxidation of PP and HDPE could increase by 3.3 rain and 19.3 as maximum, respectively. The processing stability and resistance to oxidization of the PP and HDPE resins could be obviously improved.
