摘要
对聚丙烯装置扩能改造后,装置各设备间的匹配及操作弹性下降.致使原闪蒸罐底部出料阀堵塞的紧急预案不再适用。原有预案存在反应系统安全平稳性下降、紧急排放罐能力不足、丙烯浪费等问题。经过优化,在提高预案安全性、可靠性的同时,使生产损失下降近29万元/次。
After capacity expansion of the polypropylene plant, the existing contingency plan for blockage in discharge valve on the bottom of flash tank was no longer applicable due to the impaired matching between the facilities and the diminished operation elasticity of the plant. The stability and safety of reaction system got worse and the ability of emergency discharge tank became insufficient in case the existing contingency plan was performed, besides the extra propylene wasted in the emergency. In order to simultaneously resolve these problems, an optimization of the contingency plan was carried out, which not only could raise the safety and reliability of the contingency plan, but also could reduce the production loss by 290,000 Yuan in each of its application.
