摘要
本文介绍武钢第一炼钢厂3#大方坯连铸机结晶器液位自动控制系统,着重阐述了结晶器液位控制系统的原理、硬件、控制功能及软件。此控制系统稳定,液位控制精度在±2mm内,系统响应速度快。
This paper introduces the mold level control system for the No.3 bloom caster in Wuhan iron ＆steel company limited N0.1 SMP, mold level control system Principle. hardware configuration, control function and software were detailed.This control system is stable ,control accuracy is in ±2mm ,system response speed is quickly.
