摘要
钻进位移干扰是国产旋转式井壁取心仪应用中的一类典型干扰,直接影响着操作工程师的正常操作和取心结果。钻进位移干扰主要是由钻进位移传感器本身设计不合理造成的,消除钻进位移干扰的根本措施是对钻进位移传感器结构及相关电路进行技术改造。基于国产旋转式井壁取心仪现有硬件结构和平台,提出了用电感式位移传感器取代电阻式位移传感器的方案,并对新方案中钻进位移传感器结构及相关电路的具体改造措施作了探讨。
Drilling displacement interference is a typical interference in the application of home-made rotary sidewall coring tool which influences en- gineers' normal operation and coring result.It is mainly caused by unreasonable design of the tool itself.The ultimate measure to eliminate it is to carry out technological innovation to the structure and related circuit.Based on present hardware structure and platform of the tool,it is put forward that induction displacement sensor can replace resistance displacement sensor.The paper discusses the concrete renovation measures to the sturcture and related circuits.
