摘要
主要针对芯轴直径的 D42锭脚空心正挤过程进行仿真,通过分析不同芯轴直径对锭脚挤压应力应变场的影响,再现了挤压件的弯曲拱起和裂纹缺陷的形成过程,并分析了缺陷产生的原因及改进措施,实现了仿真技术在锭脚挤压这一新技术成形工艺及模具设计中的指导作用。
The forming process of D42 spindle-foot forward hollow extruding with different diameters of core shaft is simulated. By analyzing the influence of different diameters of core shaft on stress and strain fields, the forming process of haunch-up and crack defect on extrusion parts is reproduced, and the causes of defects and corresponding improvement measures are analyzed. It is realized the guidance of simulation technique in the new extrusion process and mold design of spindle-foot.
