摘要
本文介绍了六种评价杀虫剂混用对昆虫联合作用的方法即三角坐标法、Bliss法、Mansour法、Sun法、πonoB法和Finney法、同时在室内条件下测定了硫双灭多威(thiodicarb)与溴氰菊酯(deltamethrin)和甲基对硫磷(parathionmethyl)混用后对稻黑尾叶蝉[Nephotettixcincteiceps(Uhler)]4龄若虫的联合毒力作用。结果表明;无论采用何种方法进行评价;硫双灭多威与溴氰菊酯(19:1)和甲基对硫磷(4:1)混用的效果均表现出拮抗作用。最后讨论了六种评价方法的优缺点及其应用问题。
Six methods of evaluating joint action for mixtures were described.Intcractions of thiodicarh with deltamethrin and parathion-methyl on the fouth nymphs of rice leafhoppers, NepholettiX cincticeps (Uhler) were investigated in the laboratory. Results obtained indicated that antagonism was exhibited in 19:1combination ot thiodicarb with deltamethrin (or with parathion-methyl 4:1 ) by using any of six methods for cvaluating the Joint action. Finnally, advantagcs of methods and tgeir uses were compared and discussed.
