摘要
为比较切除缝合挂线引流术和切除挂线引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘的效果，将80例复杂性肛瘘患者分为治疗组（切除缝合挂线引流术）和对照组（切除挂线引流术）进行比较观察，治疗组平均疗程明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，切除缝合挂线引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘疗程短于切除挂线引流术。
The 80 patients with complex anal fistula were evenly divided into two groups,40 cases in the study group underwent the procedure of resection, suture,threading and drainage, while the other 40 cases in the controlled group underwent the procedure of resection, threading and drainage. Results showed that the average treatment course in the study group was notably shorter than that in the controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the procedure of resection,suture,threading and drainage can ensure a shorter treatment course in the treatment of complex anal fistula.
