摘要
为探索老年环状混合痔的治疗方法，采用内扎悬吊术加药物保留灌肠治疗老年环状混合痔48例。结果2～3周均痊愈，随访3个月无出血、肛门狭窄、脱出等并发症。该法治疗原理与PPH相似，但更适用于老年患者。
The combined therapy of internal ligation and suspension plus drug enema was applied in the treatment of 48 senile patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. As results, all the 48 cases were cured within 2-3 weeks, and no complications such as bleeding, anal stricture or prolapse were found during the follow up of 3 monthes. It is revealed that this therapeutic mechanism is similar with PPH and is more suitable in senile patients.
