摘要
目的通过分析21例使用无创正压通气在院前长途转运患者的情况,总结院前使用无创呼吸机的经验。方法回顾性分析我中心2007-01～2008-05使用无创正压通气长途转送21例呼吸困难急危重患者的资料。结果21例患者院前院内使用NPPV后除心率略增快外,经皮血氧饱和度、呼吸频率及血压均无明显改变。21例患者均被成功转送到目的地。结论使用无创正压通气院前长途转送呼吸困难及危重患者是可行的,但严格入选标准,转送前充分准备,途中严密观察是安全转送的关键。
Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NPPV） in long - distance transportation of critical patients. Method To analyze 21 cases treated with NPPV during long - distance transportation by Wuxi Medical Emergency Center. Results Except the slight increase of heart rate, the patients＇SpO2, respiratory rate, blood pressure did not significantly change on the ambulance. 21 patients were successfully transported. Conclusion NPPV is feasible during long - distance transportation of critical patients with difficult breathing. However, strict selection criteria of the patients . full preparation before transportation and close custodial care on the ambulance are the keys to ensure the safety.
