120株副溶血性弧菌的血清群和耐药性分析 被引量:25

Analysis of serotype and drug resistance of 120 Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates in Zhejiang Province

摘要 目的:通过对副溶血性弧菌食物中毒菌株的血清群、耐药性检测,了解浙江省各类副溶血性弧菌主要血清群及耐药状况,为预防副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病发生,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法:用VITEK全自动微生物分析系统进行耐药性鉴定;血清学检测采用玻片凝集法。结果:我省副溶血性弧菌血清群主要为O3群、O4群、O1群、O5群。不同来源菌株间的血清型差异较大。从门诊病人和食物中毒事件中分离的菌株主要为O3群、O4群、O5群,从食品中分离的菌株主要为O1群、O10群、O2群、O11群。对头孢呋辛新酯、头孢呋辛、头孢噻吩和头孢唑啉有极高的耐药率,均在50%以上;对胺苄西林、羧卡西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸的耐药性分别为49.17%、43.33%、32.50%;对头孢曲松、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、米若环素、萘啶酸、呋喃妥因、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、替卡西林/棒酸、妥布霉素、复方新诺明11种抗生素完全敏感。结论:要重点防治由O3群、O4群血清型的耐7种抗生素的超级耐药株引起的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病或食物中毒。 Objective: To investigate the main serotype and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains causing food poisonings to provide evidence for prevention of foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and effective clinical antibiotics usage. Methods : Antimicrobial susceptibility of these Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates was performed with VITEK - 32 and the serotype was determined by slide agglutination. Results:O3, O4, O1 and O5 were the predominant serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyt/cus strains in Zhejiang Province. Big differences in serotypes were found among strains from various sources. Isolates with serotype O3, O4 and O5 predominated in outpatients and food posionings. While isolates with serotype O1, O10, O2 and Oll predominated in the polluted food. Analysis shows these isolates are highly resistant to cefuroxime axeti, cefuroxime, cephalothin and cefazolin, the resistance rate were all 〉 50%. The resistance rate to ampicillin, carbenicillin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid are 49. 17% ,43.33% and 32. 50%, respectively. The isolates are susceptible to the other tested antibiotics, such as ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, nalidixic acid, nitrofurantoin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, tobramycin and sulfamethoxazole compound. Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the prevention and control of the food posionings and foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus 03, 04 which was multiresistant to antibiotics( more than 7 antibiotics).
