摘要
目的探讨背景音乐疗法在局部麻醉手术病人中的应用效果。方法通过术前访视,愿意术中采用背景音乐的50例病人为干预组,术中采用常规护理的44例病人为对照组,观察术前、术中血压、心率变化、术中不良反应及疼痛程度。结果干预组病人术中血压、心率波动幅度小,不良反应发生率低,疼痛程度较轻,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论背景音乐用于局部麻醉手术病人,可降低病人术中不良反应发生率,稳定心率、血压,减轻病人术中疼痛。
Objective To evaluate the effect of music therapy in patients with local anaesthesia during operation. Methods The patients with local anaesthesia were divided into 2 groups based on their own desire. The 44 patients in the control group were provided with routine nursing care, while the 50 patients in the experimental group were provided with music therapy. The patients＇blood pressure, heart rate, the rate of adverse reaction and pain were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the experimental group suffered from smaller change of blood pressure and heart rate, lower level of adverse reaction and pain （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The music therapy can reduce the rate of adverse reaction, stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure and relieve pain for patients with local anaesthesia.
