摘要
目的探讨维和医疗分队的护理组织管理方法和效果。方法为维和医疗分队的护理工作建立护理安全制度和质量标准,进行"全科护士"培训,合理配置护理人力资源和医疗物资管理等。结果任务期间接受的各级检查和评价均达到标准作业程序要求;医疗护理满意度达99.81%。结论维和医疗分队的护理组织管理研究为有效提高战时护理快速反应能力、培养作战条件下护理人员的敏捷应变能力等方面的研究打下基础,为野战护理组织管理提供了积极指导。
Objective To explore the methods and effect of organization and management of peacekeeping medical team. Methods The following management measures were carried out,such as establishing nursing security system and quality standards,training nurses as general nurses,reasonably allocating nursing staff and strengthening the management of medical materials. Results The peacekeeping medical team achieved quality standards according to the standard operation procedure in various levels of inspection. The patient satisfaction was 99.81%. Conclusion Study on the organization and management of peacekeeping medical team provide basis for the studies of the training and improvement of nurses＇ rapid reactive ability to emergency.
